Matthew Hendricks
Founder & Technical Lead
Matthew brings over a decade of experience building trading tools and developer infrastructure. As a former Product Manager at NinjaTrader (2010-2018), he spent years in customer development for NinjaScript automation, working directly with algorithmic traders to understand their pain points.
Since 2018, Matthew has been building lean startups focused on data privacy, AI pipelines, and developer tooling. His technical expertise spans full-stack TypeScript, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure - the exact stack powering Matchstick's sub-millisecond trading engine.
As a former Microsoft technical writer and current SaaS founder, Matthew specializes in building enterprise-grade systems that actually work. He understands that trading tools need to be fast, reliable, and built for the people who use them every day.
